Your 14 day no-fuss guarantee
We hope you are delighted with our products, but if you wish to return an item(s) for any reason, we ask you to call us on 0113 32 00 883 with:
1. The order number
2. The reason for your return
Please do this within 14 days of receiving your order, if not then we may not be able to offer a full refund.
Larger items are delivered on specially designed pallets by haulier. Please retain all original packaging’s, including pallet, until you are completely happy with the purchase(s). When booking a return for larger items, please inform us if you have the right pallet before returning the item(s).
Our customer service team will send you a completed returns form, you will need to sign this form. Additionally, you will be given clear instructions on the most suitable way to return your item(s) back to us.
Most of RacStone.com products come with minimum 10 year warranty, unless stated, that covers faults that could develop over the life of the item(s).

We promise that you have 14 days after receiving your order to decide if you want to keep them.
If you change your mind and decide to return them, just call or email us within that time.
Please note: we can only offer refunds on un-used items.
To qualify for a refund on NON-faulty items, items were must be unused, in good re-sellable condition, provided with original undamaged packaging (for larger items it must include the specially designed pallet) with signed returns form.
Please notify us if the item needs checking upon delivery for insurance reasons.
Please note: If the item is in perfect condition but you decide you do not want it, you must return the item as direct at your own expense.
As with any company that delivers with courier, there are occasional breakage and damaged that occur in transit. This usually happens to less than 1% of our goods.
We are continuously improving and changing our packages, however on rare occasions, some damage is unavoidable.
Here’s what to do if an item has been damaged:
You must check your item upon arrival, if you notice any damage initially, make a note of this with the delivery services. Next, take a clear photograph of the outside packaging and the damage that occurred to the item. Email the photo to us along with a description of the damage.
Upon receiving the photos and description, we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent as quickly as we can. We will contact you with the details we have to confirm the details and the replacement and when you should receive it.
Moreover, you are more than welcome to call us on 0113 32 00 883 to discuss the situation, and we will help you with sending the information and photographs.
Rest assured we always replace damaged items during transit if it has been reported to us within 7 days of delivery of goods and have been signed for as damaged.
365 Exchange policy
Along with out 14 day no-fuss return policy, we also provide a 365 days after purchase exchange policy. Valid when:
• Item has been un-used and not installed
• Item returned in original re-sellable packaging
• New item must be same value or greater than returned item
• For electric items: no broken seals and original packaging
Please note: collection and delivery costs for returned item and exchanged item is at the customers expense.

Please note: This is just a COLLECTION point, all payments: cash, card, exchange, returns and refunds cannot be done at this location.

When will my order be ready to collect?
Our Click & Collect service ensures added convenience. During checkout, simply select your preferred collection date, and we will ensure its ready for you by then.
For same day order collections make sure you:
• Order before 12pm on bank holidays
• Orders placed after the above time will be ready for collection the next working day
We will confirm order availability during checkout, and once again in confirmation emails. For any problems with collection dates please email us.
